A simple remedy for anxiety and depression

REJEKINE. It is our innate desire to be happy, and if we move away from it, we experience fear.

This fear is actually millions of years, because it arises from the biological programming of our species.

Although we can not fight with a saber-toothed tiger on a certain day, that we are still dealing with a highly advanced responses to emerging events.

We think, "I want to make mistakes that will be laid off at work?" or "Can I make the mortgage, after I fix the car?" or "If my health continues to decline?" or "Is my relationship broke after this argument, we are only in the fall?"

Ongoing questions on the kind of urgency and helplessness trains our brains are now preparing for the future by loading our bodies with the risk of the stress hormone cortisol.

Fear is our hope in the future danger. We ask ourselves with even less of what little we have today.

This fear does not help us to become more suitable for the future in any way. In fact, it weakens and exhausts us. We are usually the most about the things that we do not even come into question. Worried about your dental visit as a trip that is not better.

Fear, in fact a silent killer. It is debilitating, and it is frittered away a lot of meaning and hope, faith and initiative. This nebula with your minds. And that makes the body more susceptible to disease.

If the fear - the fear of future events - high enough so that you feel powerless in. This in turn leads to depression. They even began to see the past as disappointing.

Caught between the past and the future that you create patterns sad emotions that various mood disorders that can cause, including manic-depressive fear.

How can we escape from this vicious circle?

This is what I was 20 years old and I have never experienced a serious mood.

I began to cultivate my awareness of my mood swings - from the excitement of black despair.

I did this by always watching me when I was manic, and see me when I'm stressed out, and watch what I do not turn to these countries. For example, to become depressed, I use my love of literature, dark, fair stories, and sad to focus on life. And to get excited, I would say a lot, moving very fast, and do things in a dramatic way.

An interesting thing happens when I make my unconscious behavior conscious. I can not control my serious mood swings.

This is what I learned from this experience: if you are able to observe, even for a few weeks, you develop a curious distance.

Paradoxical situation developed for me: I find it difficult to stay anxious and depressed when I watch the feelings of anxiety and depression.

At the end of anxiety and depression are culturally-induced patterns of thinking that can be overcome through a deliberate cultivation of awareness. If the observer to your own, freeing you from the habit of realizing that nothing is happening to you.

Despite billions of dollars spent on anxiety and depression, and all affective disorders and behavioral anomalies that arise from them for the cure, treatment is simple, fast and free.
