In the past physical activity or sports to include in the list as a less important risk factor co-equally with obesity (overweight), stress, and diabetes. Meanwhile, male gender and increasing age are risk factors that cant be changed.

Many studies have claimed, less active influence on the risk of coronary heart disease same level in men or women. In general, people fit their risk factors are well controlled. Besides heart bigger and stronger, which affect on improving blood supply and oxygen. Similarly, coronary arteries can further expand and become larger.

Even in old age their coronary arteries did not become rigid. The most important thing that makes people actively move to have only a small possibility of having coronary heart disease are all risk factors they control.
