Cancer Patient Food Options, Biggest Gain

Within three weeks of initial diagnosis, I had essentially rendered my father powerless when it came to his food choices. I had taken away the guilty pleasures he had savored for over 60 years. My father doesn't drink, never liked the taste of alcohol and so enjoyed a pint of fizzy orange (soda) on a regular basis. None of us would have dared call him fat:) but in the spirit of honesty Dad i'm going to call it like it is. You were trop grosse (written in French to soften the blow) and unfortunately with this amount of extra weight the loss appeared more dramatic.
