How to make Halal Vanilla Cakes?


Not almost every people will be said the same thing for the use of alcohol as baking ingredients on the cake recipes. Some of them maybe will be said no problem with the use of alcoholon the cake recipes, but maybe it will be a problem for some of people because of religion when the cake recipes contain an alcohol. In this case where I am talk about the alcohol use in the making process of flavor extraction since flavor extraction that also needed in the cake recipes for the aroma.   

According some information which source from the website of New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, it is about alcohol burn-off chart, since alcohol is needed as the infusion material in the process making of flavor extracts, many books cake recipe states if the alcohol content on flavor extract will be evaporate on the food processing of cake recipes. Do you think is it true or not?

Let’s back to the natural as the good way in my advice, such as the vanilla extract flavor for example where vanilla extract recipe can be made also with vanilla bean infused with apple juice or vegetable glycerin instead of alcohol with the vodka recipe mostly. Even the other problem will be come since the vanilla extract which use apple juice as infusion material is have the aroma not strong as when we use vodka as infusion material, well the answer is will be back to the first paragraph above, some of people maybe will be said no problem with the use of alcohol on the cake recipes, but maybe it will be a problem for some of people because of religion when the cake recipescontain an alcohol, the decisions its depend on you.
